What Is Covered
- Purifier body cracking or joint failure under standard municipal water pressure (below 3.5 bar).
- Defective 3-way lever mechanism or flow mode selector valves.
- Digital LCD flow meter electronic failure (on models equipped with digital displays).
What Is Not Covered (Exclusions)
- Consumable filter cartridges (filter capacity depends on municipal water turbidity and usage).
- Damage resulting from passing hot water over 35°C (95°F) through the filtered water channel.
- Physical damage caused by dropping, overtightening with heavy pliers, or unauthorized disassembly.
