We want you to feel completely confident with your Torayvino purchase. If you receive a defective item or find your faucet incompatible after consulting our guides, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
- The purifier main body, accessories, and user manual must be returned in the original Japanese retail packaging.
- Replacement cartridges must have their factory foil seals intact for hygiene reasons. Opened filter cartridges cannot be returned.
- A valid order number or invoice must accompany the returned parcel.
Refund Processing
Once our inspection center receives and verifies the returned product, your refund will be initiated within 3–5 working days to your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or credit card). For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via MFS wallet.
